My Website isn't coming up.
Once you login to your blog, post an entry - make sure the entry is published and is not a draft, and hit 'rebuild site.' Your blog should appear after doing so. You will not have to 'rebuild site' every time you post an entry, this is just a one time thing.

How do notifications work? How can visitors sign up to receive an email whenever I update?
There isn't a lot to it, see this page for the proper code to insert into your template and you're set. At the end of the day if your blog was updated all the people on your notification list will get an email. Best of all you can manage the people on your notification list in your admin area.
